1. Purpose
PROLIFICK is a decision-support tool for sports betting, providing predictions generated by statistical models. PROLIFICK does not take bets or receive any stakes.
2. Nature of the service
Predictions are provided for informational purposes. No prediction guarantees a win. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. You remain solely responsible for your betting decisions.
3. Subscription
Full access is offered via subscription based on the chosen plan (weekly, monthly or yearly). A first prediction is free; beyond that, access requires a subscription. The subscription can be cancelled anytime from your account. No pro-rata refund is issued for a started period.
3.1 — Launch discount. Prices shown with the "−50%" label reflect a launch discount valid for one year from the first subscription. PROLIFICK may renew it. If it is not renewed, the reference price applies from the following renewal.
3.2 — Notice before a price increase. Any price increase, including the end of a discount, is notified to you by email at least 30 days before it first applies. You may cancel free of charge before the effective date; otherwise the new price applies at the next renewal.
4. Minimum age
The service is strictly reserved for adults (18+, or the legal age applicable in your country).
5. Liability
PROLIFICK cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from the use of its predictions. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
6. Data
Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Changes
PROLIFICK may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
8. Ambassador programme
8.1 — Purpose. The programme lets a user (the "ambassador") recommend PROLIFICK through a personal link or code. Anyone who subscribes through that link is a "referral".
8.2 — Term and renewal. The ambassador mandate runs for one year from acceptance. At the end of that period, PROLIFICK and the ambassador review it together; it is renewed only by mutual agreement, for a further year. Without renewal, the mandate ends automatically, with no compensation.
8.3 — Compensation. The ambassador receives 15% of each referral's first payment, then 10% of every renewal of that referral's subscription. Percentages apply to the amount actually collected, after discount and excluding taxes. No commission is due on a payment that is refunded, disputed or cancelled.
8.4 — End of mandate. Once the mandate ends, no further commission is due, including on renewals from existing referrals. Commissions already earned remain payable and are settled as usual.
8.5 — The referral's discount. The discount obtained by the referral belongs to them personally and applies at every renewal for one year from the date it takes effect. PROLIFICK may renew it. It is not affected by the end of the ambassador's mandate. If it is not renewed, the standard price resumes after the notice set out in article 3.2. If the subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the discount is not automatically restored.
8.6 — Fair conduct. The following are prohibited: referring oneself or accounts created for that purpose, buying advertising on the PROLIFICK brand, sending unsolicited messages, and any misleading description of the service. A breach ends the mandate immediately and forfeits unpaid commissions.
8.7 — Status and tax. The ambassador acts independently. No employment relationship is created. They are responsible for declaring the sums received and, where required, for holding the appropriate legal status.
8.8 — Termination. Either party may end the mandate at any time, in writing and without notice. Articles 8.4 and 8.5 survive termination.
